Every engagement includes
- A free 30-minute video call before anything is booked
- A written report, printed and posted, summarising everything we cover

- 60-minute one-to-one session, in person in Sydney or online if you're further away
- Extended 90-minute session where there's more ground to cover
Presence and poise
- How you carry yourself — posture, stillness, what to do with your hands
- Walking into a room, greeting, sitting down
- How you speak about yourself when someone is assessing you
Meeting and interview rehearsal
- A practice run before the real thing — a first meeting, an interview, a family visit
- Feedback on manner, pace and how you come across, written up afterwards
- Optional restaurant setting, for the version that happens over a table
Wardrobe, fit and styling
- What works in what you already own, and what's worth altering
- Fit and proportion — what suits your frame and why
- Building outfits for specific occasions
Colour and grooming
- Your colour palette and the shades that suit you
- Guidance on makeup, hair and grooming for your colouring
- What reads well on camera versus in person
Shopping
- Where to shop in Sydney at your budget, and what to look for
- Accompanied shopping, or a written guide if you'd rather go alone
- Sizing and how Australian retail differs from what you're used to
Ongoing support
- Extra help before a date, meeting or interview
- Check-ins by message or video when you need them
What it costs
Every engagement is built around what you actually need, so I'll quote you after our free call.
Payment and cancellation
- Payment is required in full prior to your session.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your session and you'll receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not refundable.
- If I need to cancel or cannot deliver a session, you'll be refunded in full.
